Dear student,

This is the wiki page where you can work together in order to create learning

materials for our British Studies classes.

Here is an introduction: Highlights of Pre-historic Britain

Please, DO NOT write anything on this front page!!!

Additional material / Previous projects:

1) Choose a topic from the links below and click on it.

2) Work together in teams of 2-5 (depending on the number of sub-topics).

3) Each student is responsible for finding text and illustrations for their sub-topic.

The length is about 2 pages (with small pictures). NB! All sources used must be mentioned!

4) Add tasks/revision exercises to your material (for other students to answer).

Add the answer key at the end of the task.

5) The whole group should use the same layout throughout your material.

6) Prepare a powerpoint presentation (one per team) that will touch upon each sub-topic

in your group. Present it to the class (each member will speak about their part). Upload

the presentation at the beginning of your material.

The powerpoint should have only the key words / dates / terms and illustrations (no long text!!).

About 6-8 lines per slide. Well visible (think about the colours and letter size) and

well edited (no language mistakes).

Have a nice time preparing and presenting the material.
